‘Beyond Economical Repair’ units are often faulty or damaged units which have been assessed by a Repair Centre and ‘written off’, as the cost of repair exceeds the cost of the handset. Such units are likely to have suffered physical damage or water ingress.
Ventura purchases large quantities of such units from a host of retailers, insurers, networks, manufacturers and repair centres and works with key partners across the globe in recycling the handset or its parts.
