All of our handset stocks are put through a rigorous testing and grading procedure at our factory to ensure that quality is always consistent. Once a handset has passed our quality assurance process it is graded into one of three categories; Grade A , Grade B and Grade C. The handsets are then palletised. Grading Categories Grade A Grade B Grade C These handsets are 14-Day retail returns or Fully Refurbished Units. They are Grade A handsets, showing no significant cosmetic damage. These units are considered 'as new' by our assessment specialists. These units are Used handsets and will show usual wear and tear. Neither are they heavily scratched or marked nor will they be damaged or broken. Whilst not "as new" they are of a very high standard for second user handsets. These units are Used handsets and show more signs of significant use. Some deeper scratches and chipped paintwork might be evident. They are not damaged or broken and are still considered useable as a second-hand unit.
